22 Minute Hard Corps Review
22 Minute Hard Corps is designed to be a boot camp style fitness program that is challenging but simple to follow workout that’s inspired by techniques used in the military. Each workout is a quick–and intense–total body drill designed to get participants “boot camp fit” in just 8 weeks. Each day of the program consists of a series of total body rounds rotating through functional resistance, cardio, and core focused workouts.
I personally did the entire 8 weeks and I got tremendous results!!! My Pics will be posted here soon after March 1st 2016.
Will you need equipment with 22 Minute Hard Corps?
Yes, Tony Horton loves making use of additional equipment in his workouts because it’ll help you get faster results! For some of the Beachbody 22 Minute Hard Corps workout routines, you will need a pull-up bar or resistance band and door attachment, as well as a Beachbody PT Sandbag or dumbbells. The new 22 Minute Hard Corps equipment that Beachbody is introducing is the Variable-Resistance Beachbody PT Sandbag, which adds up to 20 lbs. of resistance to get the most from your workouts. It comes included with the Deluxe Kit, but you can order it separately as well!
