What I've been doing...

Winter

Well, it seems like time flies I guess, when you are having fun. It’s February 2003 already and I haven’t posted news for you lately. Let me see what I have for you…

For Thanksgiving we went to London and had a great time. Being that I’ve never been there before, my expectations were very high. Needless to say, all expectations fall short when it comes to London. There are way too many things to do, places to go, and interesting people to meet there. After all mandatory touristic stops (well, as many as you could possibly do in 5 days) we were left to our own devices and were eager to see some of the underground culture that had made London so appealing for so long (at least for me). We went to some clubs, bars, restaurants and shops.

But what really got me was this show that was playing on West End and had Boy George starring in it; “TABOO” is the name. Being the Boy George fan that I am, and that some of my best friends in New York have told me about it, it was imperative to see it. Well, I LOVED IT!!! I‘ve always love Boy George and this time was no exception. The play is good, the songs are great (all of which written by George himself) and it’s been playing for over a year now. If you have the chance to see it, don’t hesitate. I’ve heard also that Rosie O’Donnell has bought the rights and it’s supposed to have an American version of it for this year. It’s really cool and nostalgic, with all those songs that I used to listen to when I was a kid and couldn’t quite understand why that girl was really a boy…

Then for Christmas I went home to see my family, and had a relatively restful time. Unfortunately the political situation in Venezuela is very bad right now and for that reason we weren’t able to have a peaceful season this year. Hopefully we will find a solution to this mess before it’s too late.

Besides that, I was in Chicago again to perform at Madrigal’s one more time. Even though fun, it wasn’t as successful as other times, probably for the harsh winter that we have been going thru and the current turn of events in the international politics. Anyway, I managed to do a very interesting photo shoot with Chicago based photographer Terry Gaskins. Here is a selection of the best images that came out of our meeting. Interesting

Camera angels and body paint. Check them out…

Also, very proud of being selected “Best Overall Porn Star Website of 2002”.We were very surprise to learn this since we have been only open since June 2002 and had no previous experience with this kind of project, so I guess we have been doing a good job.

Very pleased indeed. Thanks to the guys at Mannet.com and especially to Butch Harris for his support.

And don’t forget that you can get all videos on the homepage (Fire Island Cruising 3 and 4, Glory Holes of NY, and Gorge especial Edition Box Set) from Carlos-Morales.com at a special price. Check out the store page to find out more about our offers.
